Hello to our amazing clients and friends.

We hope you are all doing well out there. Congrats to everyone on your commitment to making level 4 a success! 

As you are most likely aware we will be moving into level 3 Tuesday 28th April 2020. If all goes well in level 3 we will see you in two weeks once we hit level 2!

We will be in touch with all of our clients who have missed appointments that were booked in while in lockdown. We will be operating under strict health and safety conditions when we do reopen so it's vital we have booking times clear to avoid overcrowding in our salon. 

As the issues associated with Covid-19 develop, our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients, our partners, and our teams. Like you we don’t have all the answers of exactly how things are going to look as the lockdown begins to lift, but we want to take this opportunity to reassure you that when we do reopen it will be under the strictest implementation of health and safety guidelines provided by the Government.

Right now here is some information about what you can expect on your next visit:
  • We will be limiting Client numbers in the salon to allow for as much social distance as possible. We will be extending our hours and possibly days of operation to do our best to accommodate the limited amount of clients we will be hosting in the salon at any one time.
  • We will have hand sanitiser on every station, and all tools related to our job will be clean and sanitised between clients.
  • We won’t be serving any drinks so please BYO your own coffees, teas and water bottles.
  • Magazines will not be available - but free WiFi is!
  • We will be managing the front desk to avoid any clusters of people and ensure one person at a time is being served.  The front desk will be sanitised between every client we serve.
  • Our team will be wearing face masks.  

We will be following updated guidance on a daily basis, and will continue to develop our working practices as appropriate.

Please email admin@toniandguy.co.nz with what you are wanting done. We will place you on the priority list and be in touch as soon as we open.
